Okay, some of you haven’t fixed your feeds. 17 of you, to be precise.

17 people is somewhere around 4 gig and change, so we have our best single day’s bandwidth total (We actually had that by about 12:30am ) and we also have extended our gigabyte+ record to 5 days in a row.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

The transfer to PRC##.mp3 has been successful! I’ve also standardized the id3 tags in the files, so they will have some consistancy. Title, “Artist”, Album, etc.

I’ve also tested downloads and they work fine, so we should be cool with that.

Over the past 2 hours (midnight to 2am on the 24th) we had 145 meg of downloads (about 10 shows or so). Those downloads have officially pushed us to 16.72 gig of downloads for the month of May, which is 10.24 meg more than last month’s total of 16.71 gig. Just thought you’d all like to know that. Thanks, again, for making this show ever more successful.

No, I shouldn’t be sleeping. I’m working 3rd shift tonight.

Yeah, I should probably be working.

Okay, it’s Friday, and most of you are expecting a show, but guess what, I’m pulling a Retcon on you.

Most of the reason I picked Friday as the release day for the show was becasue I had Friday off and my wife worked, so I had a full 8-10 hours of uninterrupted time that day to finish up all the editing and sound effects and whatnot. Well, now I work on Fridays, so I don’t have that time any more. My day off now is Monday, so I’ve pushed back the official release day to Monday. The blooper show may be out earlier, becasue they’re so easy to do, but maybe not, this is kind of a busy weekend.

Yeah, the show’s late. But as usual it’s late for a good reason. I got the music last night and it is AWESOME. Usually, when I use the word awesome, I make sure I mean it in the sense of “That which inspires awe” and, this time, that is definately true. But I also mean it, in this case, in the more common sense. The music for Rendezvous is TOTALLY FRICKIN’ AWESOME, DUDE!

Anyway, all voice tracks are laid down, and I hope to have all sound effects done today, but that may bleed into tomorrow. When I’m done with the sound, I gotta do the music, and the music will likely take me into Sunday because I’ve never done music like this before. Most of the show will have music in it. We’ve got excitement music, theme music, ‘Oooh look a pretty girl’ music. And I have to weave that through the talking. The good news is, Monday I have the entire day to work on the show, so I should have no problem getting it done then.

Now, I go back to working on the show!
