  - These little sacks are located in almost every joint.
  
  - But if you constantly stress an area that requires movement of tendons or muscles then one can form.
  
  - Often in places like the forearms if you lean on a desk to type a lot, or have a lot of weight rest on the forearms or constantly being hit.
  
  - so I bet Bob has some in his forearms because he plays volleyball.
  
  - As long as these lumps aren’t attached to the tendon/muscle they are no issue.
  
  - They can get inflamed, causing Bursitis.

  - Once you have found your phone, you can click and get a paid box sent to you.

  - Native lizard of New Zealand.
  
  - The word Tuatara is Maori for Raised peaks on the back.
  
  - Hasn’t changed since dinosaur times and is actually considered a living fossil. One of the sites I saw actually referred to it as a dinosaur. -Wesley 3/27/08 8:40 PM
  
  - On average is 80cm long. 100 cm= 3feet. so I bet Bob can figure it out.
  
  - In a sub species that links lizards and snakes together.
  
  - I guess this makes the Tuatara the only snake in New Zealand.
  
  - Made the news a few months ago when the 111 yr old male Tuatara Henry had sex for the first time.
  
  - He apparently fired blanks because the eggs were infertile.
  
  - They have not yet been able to reproduce in captivity but this year, the males are all fertile so there are hopes the eggs will all hatch this year.
  
  - Why Then?
  
  - With a report based out of Massey University in Auckland, the Tuatara is now the fastest evolving animal.
  
  - With DNA tests on skeletons ranging up to 8,000 yrs old, the DNA is changing.
  
  - Bob read this for me: evolving at an average rate of 1.56 substitutions per nucleotide per million years.
  
  - Beating out the Adelie penguin who held the record for a long time.
  
  - Not really found on any of the main islands, but still on many of the small islands in the straights and sounds of New Zealand.
  
  - One Island in Cook Straight actually found a second type of Tuatara in 1989.

  - 11 year old Jasmine Lawrence had a traumatic hair experience at a young age.
  
  - She had a perm done on her hair, of which the chemicals pulled all her hair out on one side.
  
  - This drove her to create her own shampoo and not to trust anything from a store again.
  
  - After a year of tampering she came up with her own shampoo and hair products.
  
  - THese have no petrolium, bees wax, mineral oils, alcohol or sulfates.
  
  -At age 14 she opened her own company and now makes many more natural products.
